Software License Terms

Personal license

Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the purchasing customer. The software may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, shared, reverse engineered, repackaged or represented as another party's product.

Activation controls

A license may be limited to approved MetaTrader account numbers, broker servers, platforms or a stated number of activations. Activation resets may be allowed under the applicable product policy.

Updates and availability

Product updates, supported platform versions and download availability may change. Material licensing terms for an existing purchase should not be changed retroactively without notice where prohibited by law.

No trading guarantee

The software is a market-analysis and decision-support tool. No representation is made that any signal, indicator, strategy or automated system will be profitable.
